bossph Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at bossph, you confirm that you are:

• At least 21 years of age;
• Legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your location;
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Not using the Platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or otherwise unlawful purpose;
• Aware that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winnings.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and bossph. They apply to all products and services offered through the Platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and any promotions or bonuses.

2 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may only hold one active account on bossph. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — confidential. bossph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the bossph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. bossph does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency for wagering purposes.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification. bossph reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds before releasing a withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. bossph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Any funds credited to your account in error must be reported immediately. bossph reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits and recover any winnings generated from funds that were incorrectly applied.

4 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on bossph operate under their own specific rules, which are displayed within each game or market interface. By placing a bet or spinning a game, you confirm you understand and accept those rules.

For slot games, all spin results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). For sports betting, all bets are subject to the terms of the specific market including settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play restrictions. For live casino, the rules of each table game apply as displayed by the game provider.

bossph reserves the right to void any bet or gameplay round where a technical error, data feed failure, or suspected abuse has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. bossph's decision on disputed bets or game outcomes is final.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• System or software errors do not create valid claims for the amounts displayed.
• Any attempt to exploit technical faults, game vulnerabilities, or software errors is a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, bossph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

General rules that apply to all promotions:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only — they cannot be claimed by unregistered visitors or on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or using software to manipulate bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bossph Platform:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Reverse engineering, copying, or otherwise attempting to replicate any part of the Platform's software or content.

bossph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold any funds pending investigation.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your bossph account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining balance — after deducting applicable bonus amounts not yet eligible for withdrawal — will be processed to your verified payment method.

bossph may suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected;
• You have self-excluded through our Responsible Gaming tools;
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period;
• bossph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, bossph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account.

8 Responsible Gaming

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bossph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
